The why, if you want it
Why a membership, not a punch-card
Our coaches are on staff — we pay them every month, and the session runs whether your child makes it or not. So you're not buying individual classes; you're holding your child's place in a real program. Nobody asks their kid's school for a tuition refund after a week's vacation, or the gym for free months after skipping a workout. Same idea.
The refund & make-up exceptions
We don't refund or run make-ups for missed sessions — travel, illness, weather. The genuine exceptions: we cancel the program, a documented serious medical withdrawal, a permanent move more than 50 miles away, or a billing error on our end.
Coming back: pause vs cancel
Within 6 weeks, both pause and cancel let you return with no rejoining fee — the difference is your spot. Pause (Monthly & Quarterly) holds your exact slot; cancel frees it, so you take whatever's open when you return. Stay away longer than 6 weeks and it's a fresh start — the one-time registration fee applies again, like a new family.
How holiday breaks work
You never pay for weeks we're closed (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year, Spring Break, ~4 weeks in summer). On 6-Month and Annual plans the breaks are already priced in. On Quarterly, if a break lands in your term we extend it. On Monthly there's nothing to sort out. Family vacations aren't closures, though — if we're open and you're away, the session still ran.
